Sexual Assault
Stranger and non-stranger. An advocate will meet you at the hospital at any hour, sit with you through the exam, and stay after. You decide what happens next — including whether police are involved at all.

It was not your fault
It does not matter what you were wearing, whether you had been drinking, whether you knew the person, whether you are married to them, or how long ago it happened. Most people who are assaulted know the person who did it. You are still a survivor and you are still entitled to every service on this page.
There is no deadline on calling us. People reach out weeks, years, and decades later.
You do not have to have a plan. You just have to call.
Advocates answer the hotline every hour of every day. Nothing you say obliges you to leave, to report, or to decide anything today.
